Recalibrating TR76 Pitch Joystick?

Post by Kukulkan »

Hi,

Im using a combination with a sound that needs to pitch one octave using the joystick. Turning full right -> one octave up.

This worked for about one year. Now, sometimes the pitch does not get the full octave. It will miss about a half tone - no matter how strong I will shift the joystick to the right. It is pitching only about 11 instead of 12 halftones. :? This is not happen all the time. Approximately half of my trials are working, the others not. It seems to me, that the joystick is not correctly sending his values (-127 to 127)?

Is there a way to recalibrate the joystick? How to fix this issue?

Thanks,

Hi! i'm sorry for you, but it's a common problem like the oasys... you need to replace the joystick, or fix it... i link you a video that explain how to do that!
