Factory sound and styles, software, abilities are exactly identical. PA50 has only FDD and does't have option to install HDD, has power adapter.
PA50 is made in China, PA60 is made in Italia.
I have PA60 and I played with PA50 (My friend has It). I think Pa60 is more solid (keys, buttons..etc) than PA50. In Addtion, many Pa50-s has big problems with power adapter (china..) But PA50 is cheaper.

Best advice is to get the PA50sd version, and I am speaking from experience. I have a lot of software on offer if you do decide to buy one.
I would not buy a second hand PA60, when you can get the same quality from a brand new keyboard. Besides you really do not need a hard disk when you have 2 Gigabyte on a little SD card, that you can use for storage and transport to and from computer. Man on a 2 Gbyte card you could store probably ALL the styles in the world that you could find for the KORG PA !!!!!

Check your manual or aks Korg India for help.
I have not played a Korg PA-50 for more then 5 years.
Sorry,
