I don t know which one
Hi everyone
I don t know which one I could go for : pa 2x , 800, 500,50
I am a singer/songwriter and I want to prepare a Demo
Can I have the singing and recording too?
Can I make a CD without a computer?
Thanks
Daniel

Hi Daniel. The pa2x has a built in mp3 player and vocal harmonizer and Dual XLR/Jack Mike input and Recorder to mp3 as standard up to 256kbps @ 48000KHz. CD Burning prefers 44100KHz and so may need to be converted to that using software on the pc [Industry Standard]. Some Burners will Burn at 48000KHz..... pa800 [which includes the Mike option as standard] can be updated via hardware to have the mp3 capability as pa2x, the pa500 and pa50 cannot. You would also need to copy the recorded songs to a usb stick and transfer them to a pc for Burning.
My advice would be to go for the pa2x as everything is there for you as Standard
ps. The Hard Disc [40Gig] is standard on pa2x but not on pa800 which is an optional extra....

Yes indeed the Tyros 2 & 3 are very fine keyboards and have onboard recording facilities and the resulting wav file still needs to be transferred to the pc for Burning to CD. Something else to seriously consider in your quest. However, not the answer to your question as above.I don t know which one I could go for : pa 2x , 800, 500,50

PA800 is a faulty product. I am having it and it started giving noise in just a year and a half and is not usable. PA2xpro is its big brother uses same stuffs inside with little more memory and mp3 and hdd option. So we can't expect too much from it. If my problem happened during a live program, you can assume my situation. If korg is angry, they can contact me on sanalkumarc@gmail.com
