Hello everyone.
I havent posted for quite a while. Maybe some of you guys remember me from my many styles I've created with this great keyboard!
Anyway just wanna share this with you and to see what you think. I've created my own Nylon guitar sound for the pa1x pro. i sampled my dads guitar and this is the result. I've just recorded something very quickly. It's an italian song called Anema E Core. The flute and bass are one of the original sounds of the keyboard. The Sax is also a sampled program that i've made for the pa1x pro.
There are a few mistakes in the performance im afraid lol.

Once you get to the page theres a green number that counts down near the middle of the page. once that hits 0 press the link to get the mp3 file.
This keyboard is now 6 years old and i still remember buying it and thinking this is the best keyboard ever made. And i still think its one of the best out there, pa2x aside of course!!
Would be great to see what everyone thinks! Who knows, if theres enough interest I might make them available for everyone to use.
Thanks,
Sal
Pa1x Pro Still rocks!

Good to hear from you.
That Guitar sounds really really nice - far better I think than the Korg nylon guitars.
It amazes me that someone can do their own sampling and come up with a better sound than the experts with all their recordng studios and electronic wizardry.
Can you share with us how many sound samples did you do and how much memory it took?
Congratulations on a job well done and very nicely played. By the way what technique did you use to play this - the strumming was very authentic.
I wish I could play that nice!
Best,
John

Hi john,
Thanks for the comments! It amazes me also to think that i can do a better job than the makers lol! Maybe they should hire me
I done 36 samples all together so not that many really and used around 1 minute of sampling time. not sure in memory size.
not really sure what the technique is called lol but i used the bottom split to play the bass notes and switched off the damper pedal to the bottom split and then just used 3-4 notes per chord in the upper split and played each note very close to eachother but not together. thats how i got the strumming sound.
Im just about to upload another style ive just finished tonight. Its based on the song "Mustang Sally".
Would love to hear what you think of that.
Thanks,
Sal
