Can you use the score feature to record styles? so instead of pressing the key's you use the score mode to simply input what you want and save it as a style (variation, fill ins etc)?

Hi Don,
if you own a pc sequencer with score functions, you could record it that way, then import it as a midifile into your style, either as seperate style parts, or as one long midifile with markers.
