Hi,
I am still new to the KPRO, and have a question relative to time signatures....since everything is in 4/4 and your loops can be, 2, 4, 8, 12, or a max of 16 beats.......
Is there anyway to create loops using 3/4, 5/4, 7/8 time ( or other time signatures) or is it totally limited to 4/4?

to be honest, you can...but it takes some math and working the arpeggiator. I am not sure i could explain it well on here...but think of it at 60 bpm...you can set the tempo to 60 bpm...in 4 beats (4 seconds) you can play whatever you want...you could play a 5/4 beat for 4 seconds, or a 12/8 beat for 4 seconds...and it will repeat.
so if you do the math right, you can determine which divisions on the arpeggiator help work with the amount of time you have (which is determined by the number of beats and the tempo) to produce complex time signatures.
try setting your arpeggiator to something odd like 1.33 or 1.5 and play with the patterns...you can see what i mean...maybe? and definitely rely on your own playing rather than patterns if you want something specific...you can figure out the loop point by just laying single bass beat on the downbeat, then using that to count whatever time signature you want.
