Recording drumtrack in seq mode to Sonar

1. Is there a way to record drumtrack and piano from seq mode to different tracks in sonar at the same time? If not,
2. How can I record only drumtrack from seq mode to sonar. When I play individual keys in midi channel 10 I hear the drums, and sonar records it. But when I have drum track enabled, I can hear drum track, but sonar meter doesn't move and doesn't record. I have sonar midi in set to omni, sonar midi out set to ch 10, M50 midi track set to 10.
