PA50-OS upgrade-ERROR message

Hi, while installing the latest OS on my PA50, I got error message !!!! I don't understand this!!!? thanks for your help.
PS. I was lucky to install back my original OS. I guess if I get no hope here, I will never install anything from korgpa.com

Then, whom you're going to install anything from? It's not like you have a choice really.
Don't you think , it's more likely for you to hear back from people who actually own PA50? Do you know this is Korg Pa2XPro-Pa800-Pa500's forum?
