Kontrol 49 scene settings for TR Rack

Has anybody set up a Korg Kontrol to operate the TR Rack, I am in the process of doing this. Any help will be greatfully received. I am working on control change and bank select that is all I need for now.
I seem to have intput the control change messages but the TR is not changing. It responds but does not change anything like the combi, program mode etc.
If anybody has created a Scene that would be most welcome.
Korg I3, Korg M1, Korg Tr Rack. Korg x3, Cakewalk Sonar.
