Help with korg padkontrol for reason 4 redrum

Hello all i just got my padkontrol in the mail today and set everything up so i could use it with reason 4 now it works with all the synths and what not but when i try to use it with redrum it mutes i know its responding because the little M lights up when i hit the corresponding pad (im new to all this so excuse any non technical terms) any thoughts or suggestions would be very appreciated if you need more detail ask and ill try my best thanks and take care
