upload the software to the keyboard as it is in original case..so see & read the way about to upload the software to the keyboard first you must sure that the PA 800 is shuting down Second hold the button Intro 1 in the same time turn on the PA 800
Third ..Choose form the USB option ( Update software) after that it will complete automatically installation new software & after the PA 800 finish the installation , the PA 800 will ask you to press ok on its screen to make the restart and after all of that it is all done.
Fourth ..after the PA 800 will start again it is very important to do one thing & it is very very important ( after the PA 800 will start & load & finish you must press & hold the button Global & the same time choose from the screen touch panel calibration & do the easy opertion about the touch screen & after that all do not forget to save all your processes & By the way enjoy the new software
