Sending patch changes with nanoKey or nanoPad

Does anyone know how one might send a program or patch change with the nanoKey. I assume it would have to be a certain CC# that you applied to a key and uploaded using the Korg Kontrol Editor but as to which I am clueless. I have one particular software host (AU LAb) using SoundFonts that works great with multiple USB conrtollers if you just know the patch numbers and can enter them from an external controller. Unfortunately it does not allow you to see the patch list.
Alternatively, is there anyway to just click forward & backward in say a General Midi Bank.
