KORG NANOPAD not working,

I recently bought a korg nanopad and installed all the nexessary drivers, it says there all fine but no programs recognize that its there ive tried everything i can..any suggestions?

What computer OS are you using?

Windows what?
or Mac what?

I'm guessing windows...
