Hello World,
I'm looking to restore my Oasys back to it's factory defaults, due to some technical difficulties I'm having. However, I have some questions first:
What is the latest OS? 1.3.3 or 1.3.3a?
Do I have to backup my sequences?
How do I backup my Patches?
What is the best way to go about restoring my Oasys?
Is the restoration process easy?

Look in the Parameter Guide, Appendices Section for "Using the included Restore CDs to restore the system and factory sounds".
In the 1.3 version this is on page 1097.
I would suggest "Restoring the Factory data" before you do any thing more drastic.
I would also suggest contacting Korg Tech Support (via a phone call) before you do anything drastic.
