Exp Sample Board

Anyone know where I can buy the upgrade expansion board for the Korg Tr / Triton LE? I'm desperate to find one. Thank you in advance!!! MJ

Ebay would be a good option.
Its the EXB-SMPL you're looking for.

What do you want it for?
You can load and play Korg Format samples without it, you just need to install RAM.

The EXB-SMPL lets you record and set up your own multisamples but it isn't entirely necessary. There are a few good software programs that will export to Korg format multisamples if you've got samples already in wav or a multitude of other formats that you just want to map across keys. Namely Awave Studio.

What kind of RAM and software does one need for this? I keep getting "Memory Overflow" when I try to load samples from an SD card, so would RAM solve that problem?

Actually just AWave to my knowledge. An immensely powerful but sometimes confusing program (because it pretends to open program files too without really explaining the context).

Hey.. Someone told me today that KORG can transfer samples through MIDI... Yes i know it sounds INSANE... but have you heard this before?
