I counted 6 user banks (assume you can mangle all of these) - isnt that 768 patches - then of course woudln't you keep patches on a USB - or on a laptop/PC with a patch librarian. I thought I read that you can store 128*128 = 16,384 patches in the set lists?huh .... from voicelist it looks like we have only 128+128 free slots (Bank IG+UG) for user programs - at the situation that you can't modify programs without ruining combi(s) - this is extremely disappointing for state-of-the-art pro instrument designed for serious editing as Rich Formidoni said at Kronos presentation. Maybe I have misunderstood something?
But all those 6 user banks seem fully preloaded with programs. If for example I want to change modulation routings for a program I need to save it first in new free slot and only non-PC solution for that is Bank G. If Korg at least managed to put some * or () or other mark to the program names (or show programm use option in menu) so that we could identify which of them are in use in combis - that would largely solve the problem. External program storage is not a solution in my opinion.RKfan wrote:
