Refer to pages 127-128 of the M3 manual: Resampling a song to create a WAVE file.

It's explained there.

Nutshell explanation:

1. In SEQ Mode, go to the SAMPLING tab.

2. From the drop down menu, scroll over until you see "Autosampling setup"

3. Select "2ch Mix to Media"

4. change the sample time at the bottom to 5 mins (or whatever the approx length of the sequence is)

5. Press Sampling REC

6. Press Sampling START/STOP

7. Press Sequencer START/STOP

8. Do a little dance while you're listening to your sequence recording all the way through.

9. Go to Media Mode, and find the file "TAKENO00.WAV" That's your sequence. Rename it, Edit and an Normalize it, etc. whatever the spirit moves you to do.

here is a link...
http://youtu.be/QoN4zxnwJ9A this is not me by the way,but its very useful...he shows you from start to finish.eg: creating a directory, saving into folders etc etc.

but if you just want to save your sequence as a wave file then upload it on your computer...just watch this video in certain areas....

when i do mine i dont create directorys or make folders..once the sequence has been recorded in sample mode its already saved to my usb.pop it into your computer and it will be there....once its on my computer i then delete it from my usb stick,as i dont really need it anymore cos i will still have the sequence saved in a sng folder..
