put the floppy in your computer and save it somewhere lol. you can fit about 5 pcg's and a couple song files on 1 floppy also. and if you download pcg's you can then put them on another floppy and start swapping sounds. maybe format on trinity instead of the computer, but i havent seen a problem either way. or use trinitro to do everything and create a custom floppy even tho you can load via midi from the computer.

Do you want to transfer files to a Trinity HDD? If so, you can connect the Trinity formatted HDD to a PC and simply copy over the files from your floppies using the PC.
For this you'll need a SCSI card in your computer (HDD must be on and connected from the boot up) or an USB/SCSI converter (hot-pluggable). Watch out if you have Win98 or earlier (hopefully not, it's ancient!) because it will modify your Trinity HDD and the Trinity will consider it unformatted when reconnected. Google for the solution - it's easy.
Make sure also, that there are no files/directories with a name longer than 8 characters as the Trinity has difficulties handling those.
