Help please, Editor Does Not Synch with M3

Dear All,

I am seeking help for an unusual problem here, I am running XP on my laptop, I want to use the M3 editor. I haven't had error messages or issues during installation of the driver and editor. When connecting the USB cable to my laptop the box pops up showing "M3" on the taskbar and when I open the editor there is no connection established between the computer and the M3. I had Nuendo installed which I deleted based on the assumption that MIDI setup might have been changed by the Nuendo.

Could anybody please help, it is really annoying I can't do everything on board.

Just wondered if you have configured everything according to the M3 editor manual?
