Creating Genesis-like sounds seems difficult to me- anyone got any tips- for the ice like bell chord sound

I'm not really sure exactly if i gave the best description- as the bells are merely little blips(i could easily make)- I was referring to the "NEOW" digital stringy sound. I know the R3 isn't capable of FM synthesis, but do you think you can tell what the best way to emulate this sound would be?

VPM and Cross Modulation are both forms near or identical to basic FM synthesis.

I'd also try playing around with the DWGS/PCM waveforms, there might be some that are a good starting point.

Also, some waveshapers can have an FM-ish sound.

I made a huge update to my soundset-

The IceCapZn preset is close to one of the versions of the song i posted. I also made some nice choir/heavenlike sounds. While I doubt you'll be able to use them without an R3, I've opened peoples radias patches with the radias editor to copy and paste via hand the settings so if you want to edit the sound, be my guest and post a reply.

btw, some of my choirs/strings dont hold the notes like they feel like they should- but I dont know how to do so very well.

kind of frustrated with the lack of comments but its alright- 32 patches are contained in this pack- More will come soon- Some are variations of other sounds- so if you notice two with the same name(but different amounts of layers) they are different-

the FM addition is the EndlsMine patch- sounding like a fm bass guitar kinda sonic-ish
