Problem with my new VAIO E-SERIES VPCEG15EN

Hi , guys
I bought a new Sony VAIO E-SERIES VPCEG15EN last week there is some problem with cam, the image appears like shadow.
I try many time in setting but all in vain.
Guys any one of you know the issue the please help me.
