Korg M3 No sound
I have had this board for over a year now and all of a sudden I go to turn it on and play it and nothing comes out. There is no sound!!!! When I touch the keys the velocity meters arent moving. It doesnt matter whether I am using my headphones or my amplifier. Did I touch something wrong? PLEASE HELP!!! I have a gig to rehearse for Saturday.

The M3 "module" is the brain... the part with the screen, sliders and switches.
When you turn on the M3, does the screen light up? Definitely check under the module (you will need to raise it first) to make sure it is connected to the keyboard.

If you don't see the velocity meter on the COMBI, it may be that the cable to keybed has been disconnected. Check that.
Also, you can confirm if there's a problem with the keybed by doing all of the following:
- Try using the sensitive PADS and see if you get sound and if the velocity meters react on COMBI mode.
- Calibrate the Aftertouch (GLOBAL mode)
- Record something on the SEQUENCER and see if you're actually getting note on/off events.

even if the chord is messed up, the pads should give you sound. I'd do a factory reset and see what happens...

I'm surprised the former owner of your M3 didn't include the manuals.
