It seems that if you override the portamento (speed) from an AL1 program and from a MOD7 program, that those speeds do not match (i.e. I have to set the MOD7 speed to 80 and the AL1 to 68 to get somewhat similar speeds).
Used programs: U-F097 (override portamento speed to 80) and U-E112 (AL1, override portamento speed to 68).

Re: Different engine portamento speeds
U-F097 Portamento Mode is set to Constant Time, while U-E112 is set to Constant Rate. Edit the modes to match, and the times will too.michelkeijzers wrote:It seems that if you override the portamento (speed) from an AL1 program and from a MOD7 program, that those speeds do not match (i.e. I have to set the MOD7 speed to 80 and the AL1 to 68 to get somewhat similar speeds).

Ok thank you ... in that case I'm going to change to constant time (since I want them to be equally in speed).
Sorry I'm new to most of the engines so maybe I will ask more 'more or less' trivial questions.
