stuck keys on new koronos 88

Hi, I just got my new koronos and on the octive below middle C, several keys are physically stuck. This happend on a Motif ES that I had and I was able to remove the top and fix it. Does anyone know how to easily get to the keyboard to fix the problem or do I have to drive it 50 miles to a service center and pay $50 to have it fixed immediately? thanks

Check the front of those keys - are they rubbing against the horizontal, metal, bar at the very front of the Kronos?
