When I buy the NanoPad I had a problem the six under pad don't work so I change the NanoPad and after the NanoPad work. But I don't use it during a few month and now the twelve pad don't work !!!!!!
The XY Pad work with all my software but no Pad work. I download the new driver, the new kontrol editor : I write new scene, new global ... but the twelve pad don't work.
Please help me !

Nanopad fix
construction is BS....I had a older, black nanopad and of course the pad did not work but the XY did. Take it apart and scrap off all the glue on the metal grounding sheet that the sensors sit on. You will have to peel the sensors off the back of this metal stiffener,use a screwdriver, flat blade, to score the side of the metal the sensors sit on, thereby creating a circuit, score one direction then the next all over. This worked very well for me!!!!!!
