Korg3x x-fader player1 and player2 began playing on stage playing out locked, rhythm problems sub scale full-screen on the stage without changing the output on the screen stays on-screen page remains constant korg company contact address unavailable, please help thanks

Possibly a problem with your PA3X:-

Questions:-
1. Can you reproduce the problem easily?
If so, you should follow the procedures to get a warranty repair performed.
(In my country, we have to get the retailer to "view" the problem and then they raise a repair ticket with the Korg service centre.)
2. Have you spoken to your retailer/distributor about the problem?
3. Have you tried a complete reload of the OS and resources?

I cannot imagine that it is a "bug" as I don't think anyone else has experienced this on these forums.

You do need to get it checked out....
