R3 Question. Saving Knob Settings after tweaking. Anyone?
Trying to figure out how to save the Knob settings on the R3. After tweaking the four knobs is there any way to save what you have done to get that exact sound when you return to the patch. Even if you have to rename it or create a new patch. Just want to know if they can be saved. There is no information in the R3 guide.
There is a button that is highlighted boldly in white which says WRITE. Press it.

Knobs...
Seems simple enough...Thanks for your reply. One other question.. Will that work better if I copy the patch first ,rename it then tweak the knobs. That way I can keep the original settings on the patch and have a new one as well? Also not sure if you are interested but I will be uploading the full XL to R3 library soon.
It's easier to just save over it because you always have the option of reloading that specific preset patch. It's one of those weird shift functions to access any of the factory preload data.
