Double post.
That's a particularly nice effect and would go well in some solo settings. I may try to dupe it myself.
If you have wha-wha or auto-wha under modulation FX use a moderate amount of wha and tie it to LFO with a .5 second delay so that it is initially clean then modulates.
[That's where I'm gonna start. I'll try to let you know if something else works better.]

Finally had a chance to sit down and program.
Got good results with following.
In INSERT FX...
ADD - tick connecting box - Talking Modulator (its #13 on Triton Extreme) to the end of whatever chain is currently active on your Harmonica sound. (I say currently active because on the Harmonica sound I used there were "programming artifacts" from another program that was apparently used as a starting point - 5 IFX were programmed; only two were active/used).
Sweep Mode (LFO) - this gives a consistent 'vibrato' rate.
Manual voice: Center - Ribbon control (default setting)
Top voice: U, Center: U, Bottom: A (you need to change so only 2 formants are used)
LFO Freq: ~ 4.2 (to taste) Mod Source: VELOCITY (-)1.00
BPM/Midi: Off .... (default - not applicable)
Formant shift: +4
Wet/Dry: 60:40 Mod Src: Velocity Amt: (-)55
--------------------------
The velocity modulators make it so at low to moderate volumes the instrument has the slightly filtered vibrato (the formants yuuu-aahh imitate a natural/human mouth cavity - UUO or OOU gives a slightly darker tone variations) that you're looking for.
As you play with more velocity the wah rolls off - as it does when playing a real harmonica louder. At V-128 vibrato is almost completely gone.
---------------------------
Total program time 0:12 (minutes) - took longer to write the e-mail.

Happy to be of help.
Did you program it?
As i said, it was a pretty quick thing once i had time to sit down with it. The Talking Modulator FX seemed to be doing the job, so that's what I stuck with. Was it what you were looking for or did you find yourself changing main FX or parameters?

@StudioF
Thanks for the compliment, it's nice to know someone's gotten some use out of my efforts. Enjoy.
Gotta give bigger props, tho', to the guy who did it first on the video. It's not so difficult to reverse engineer something you hear with your ears and know can be done as it is to sound design something you hear only in your head.

hi mr billbaker,
i did program my own harmonica and also the one u suggested.i found the talking modulator approach a bit heavily processed...sometimes seemed take away the natural freshness of a harmonica..but that's my opinion.so i finally settled down with my own which is the one that comes wid m50 .i have routed this to tremolo effect that can be controlled by joy -y.
but tnx alot once again for ur awesome approach and thinking.
regards

Raj,
Happy you found your sound. Enjoy.
FYI for anyone else looking, I wrote my program on the triton extreme for the m-50, but it would also work on any of the triton series (or other synth with the talking modulator FX) so hopefully theres some cross platform reading going on and others will get the tip too.
