I do not think there is any way to tell the difference between the two externally.

how does it cost to replace if i want?

does anyone made this ghange?
how can i discover if its the old or the new?

Welcome to the forums.
The only way to verify that is to open the device and look for the sticker above or behind the keybed to be sure about the model instaled in your unit.
If you want to do so, its not difficult at all.
Regards.
