Tutorial?
Hey folks. This is my first keyboard/synthesizer that I have bought since 1994. I am totally lost. I have never used Midi stuff before but I am very willing to learn. I am a smart guy but I tend to jump in head first and hope that it works. I see that is the case with this thing. Is there an online tutorial or something?
There is on the official korg site:

And on youtube:

You can midi it with an arranger keyboard and play accompaniment and use MS sounds. It is one of the first things that you can do with midi

didn't think so..
read the manual... if you have trouble with anything specific, then start asking specific questions. don't mean to be rude... but honest - look at the responses you're getting !

Re: off topic? - not really!!!!
I do agree you have to ask specific questions... and I wait for questions if I can help... we all have to start somewhere though; and this was an achievement for me which will hopefully move onto better things! (read the notes/comments on the video)johnroney wrote:is this helpful?Watch this video:

I used midi to modify my live recording (in Garageband) via the Microstation VST and because the keyboard is split into Zones, everything was done on one track - which is not very good. There is also another VST "midio" for the Mac - Are you using a Mac?
The best midi software I've used up to now is Cubase LE 5 (PC and Mac) which came free with the Lexicon Alpha desktop recording studio (under £50). I'm not going to spend a lot of money at this point.
I've read the manual and there is stuff there that I don't understand... but sometimes you need to know what questions to ask?
"is this helpful? - didn't think so.."
This might be a bit harsh at this stage.
Soz, it wasn't helpful to you johnroney.

Want to link the KM to a DAW and learn about music production:
I find Danny J Lewis helpful on YouTube and Facebook:

Has anyone come across anymore?
