Help a brother out

Post by Droe33 »

So I got my kp3 of kijiji and it didn't come with a disk. I've done the driver install without any updates yet from off the korg website.. Editor seems to be doing its thingS off the computer but cant read the kp3. I also can't update due to not having the disk and not being able to locate it. The kp3 is some send midi and USB when doing this. What am I doing wrong or how can I fix this?? Thanks

SYSEX

Make sure your KP3 is set to receive 'SysEx' messages. It's Shift-4, turn the knob to SysEx, press the knob, then turn to enable then 'write'. Or you can do a factory reset - you'll have to Google the commands or search the forum for that one.
