NanoKontrol2 not recognized by Serato Scratch Live

NanoKontrol2 not recognized by Serato Scratch Live
My laptop running Windows 7 64-Bit will recognizethe NanoKontrol2 and automatically install the drivers, so I know there is no [rpblem with the actual controller. However, it will not be recognized by Serato Scratch Live 4. I installed the updated drivers from Korg and still nothing. I rolled back the drivers and tried again and it's still not recognized. I tried searching the forum but couldn;t find anything related to my issue. Any help would be appreciated.
