PCG Tools manual available

I hope you don't mind I make a new topic for PCG Tools, but this is mainly for those who don't read the regular PCG Tools thread.

For those: everybody wanting to know what this application can do, the manual can be read at the following location.

The manual is from Version 0.9 BETA while the application is 0.1.5 but functionally it is more or less equal. I hope to upgrade both the manual and application soon to 1.0.0 and continue to add functionaly afterwards.
