Okay
By default, in sequencer mode, the Kronos keyboard, and the nano pad are sending via midi the information to an external device.
in my case a yamaha motif rack XS.
But if you import a program or a combination to the sequencer the keyboard and the pad don't send any more information to the external device.
So I guess that a parameter as been changed inside the sequencer.
Better one who knows, than one who don't !
Why I need this ? simple : to record in direct the sound from the external device on the 2 stereo audio track.

Are you sure it's the audio input settings, and not the MIDI out from KRONOS?
If the program brings in some effects settings, and your audio inputs are routed to some of the IFX, then they may be getting muted... etc.

when i press a key on the keyboard or on the pad, no signal is going to the external device.
So i suppose that the midi information from keyboard and pad is send exclusively to the korg.
If if to complicated or not possible, to find this parameters, something would save me.
As the target is to record using the korg sequencer, i am not obliged at all to do it on single performance, i mean directly. I can do it on playback : listening to the midi and sending the information to the external device (motif rack)
SO THE second question IS :

OKAY FINALLY I FOUND IT !
When you import a combination in the sequencer.
in the TAB Track parameter/Midi,
the channel 1 is changed to INT instead of BTH
It solve the 2 questions :
- direct audio recording of an external device
- audio recording of an external device during playback.
