erratic keyboard delays with loaded sf2
I loaded several old sf2's I had. When I play the sounds on the keyboard some keys trigger the sound just fine; many keys, however, have a delayed response before triggering the sound as if the Kronos is searching for them or something. What's up with that? I tried several and they all do the same thing. Kronos 61 w.Factory HD, 1.6.0 and 4gb ram.

If the same keys always play with a delay, and same keys always play fine... then it sounds like some of the samples in the soundfont are not trimmed.
Look at the sample start points on the soundfonts you loaded. Sometimes there could be a samples that are trimmed, but sample start time is set for later than 0... if there are such samples, and KRONOS didn't import sample start times, so it plays a little silence.
