SV-1 Editor/Library Question

I just got my sv-1 a few days ago and in the manual it says something about how you have access to collections of presets submitted by other users in the editor. I can't seem to find that part in the software. Anybody know?

I don't think there's any specific function in the editor to find presets from other users.
I guess they're just referring to the fact that you can load presets that you downloaded.
