KORG PA50SD first 5 notes are not working always

Hi everyone,

We have since yesterday this keyboard and we noticed that the first 5 lower notes are not working always. Sometimes after we have put in off an on it works again but not always.

We noticed this happens after we put in some tracks and when we switch from perform to program.

Does anyone knows what to do? It cant be the splitter.
