SV-1 in action. Vlad Barsky with Cornell Dupree 2010

Post by davidt »

Found a whole bunch of videos of the late Cornell Dupree with SV-1 sounds all over them.

http://youtu.be/B10pInyBz1Q solo from 1:50+

http://youtu.be/uflNghY9_wM solo from 8:15+

and piano:

The clearest shot is in this video where unfortunately Vlad is using one of those other red keyboards for the organ sounds.

Enjoy. checkout the related videos too. Sunny is the arrangement recorded by Herbie Mann (on Deep Pocket album) that had Richard Tee on keys.

Are you on this list, Vlad? great playing!

Fantastic playing.

Not sure about the camera work, though. The cameraman appears to be unsure whether to concentrate on the face or the hands, and failed miserably on both counts! ;)

Thanks for posting...it's a real joy to see our Sv-1s played without the Korg nameplate blacked out!!!
I'm falling more in love with it everyday. :D :D :D
