Nanopad is making me insane

I have read through many of the threads,and have checked both manuals. And all 12 pads and outputing misc notes, I have tried it in sonar 8.53 with different things drums keys, same thing arrrr!@#$. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I will add a pic in a bit,so you see my problem.
