How can I send out cc#80 from the TR to an other midi device using a foot switch connected to the TR ?

Afaik this is not possible, on a Korg synth you can use a lot of controllers connected to change parameter on that same synth, but forwarding messages is not supported.
You can however of course add a pedal/switch to the instrument the Korg is connected too.
Another way is to use a kind of MIDI foot pedal which can be set to different MIDI channels and sending more flexible messages.

A foot switch connected to the TR's foot switch jack input will cause the TR to transmit the correct footswitch MIDI message.
Same as plugging in a damper will result in correct transmission of CC64. I'm not sure what michelkeijzers is on about here, sorry.
If you were to connect a MIDI footswitch to the TR's MIDI in, then that would be a different problem..
Anyway, in Global mode you can set which message the Foot Switch transmits. Not sure if CC80 is an option though.
You might want to consider changing your receiving module to respond to a different CC instead, for example the default Foot Switch CC, if possible.
