Relieved to see an Agility 3 was installed, that's also the drive I chose - one or two people here seem not to trust OCZ, although I've never had a problem with them.

I did a self install, and made sure the Agility's firmware was up to date before putting it in. While I was at it I also changed the SATA cable from the original drive, as the connector was jammed hard against the back of the Kronos 61's case where the cable bends down (not good, IMHO)... I just swapped it out for one with a 90 degree socket.

Yes, 120GB.
You would be surprised how much disk space you would need when there’s so much benefit in streaming and HDR recording.

Sharp- i think I noticed the RAM where the SATA connects to the MB. Have you added RAM and can you recommend a manufacturer and what specs to look out for?

Hi Sharp,

thanks for the info. Doesn´t look too difficult, but one more question:

Guessing the (yellow) connecting cable isn´t included when ordering a ssd, how long is the cable you used? Is 0,5 m sufficient?
Cheers, Michael

What you need is......
240-Pin PC2-6400 CL-5 (or CL-6) DDR2-800 non-ECC Unbuffered DIMM 1GB

I just walked into my local PC store and took the first DDR2-800 PC2-6400 I saw.

Sharp.
