PadKontrol and win 7

Anyone experienced win 7 not shutting down when a Pad Kontrol is plugged in? I have many usb devices, but I systematically went through each one, and eliminated it as a problem. All drivers are up to date.

This happens when I have a Korg Pad Kontrol and a Pod X3 Live running simultaneously, no other devices affect the situation. I am trying to determine which device might have a driver issue. I can use either one of these by themselves and it's all good, but both together cause a hang when shutting down. It's a brand new install by the way so everything is fresh. Thanks
