PA50SD missing all voices from lower row Prog/Perf buttons

Hoping someone is able to help. I'm new to the Korg PA150. The unit is only 4 mths old. Switched it on the other day and went to choose "Woodwinds" from Program/Performance. The display showed two neat columns of "Empty". Tried all other choice on bottom row. Results the same.
Top row is working just fine.
The LED showing bottom row has been chosen is lighting.
Have reinstalled both OS and Music Resources. Still no result.
Am I missing something, could I have done something to delete or block these program voices?
I'm hoping that I can fix this at home and not return it to the retailer.
Any help will greatly welcomed.[/b]
