Anyone played an 88 yet?
I'm curious to hear about the action of the 88. From what I understand it is not the RH3. Would love to hear some feedback if anyone's had a chance to test drive one.

Hi
I didn't have the chance to test keyboards with RH3 technology.. So i can't really compare to it
but last time i went to my local music store I compared both MOX8 and Krome 88 keyboards.
The Mox8 keyboard compared to the Krome one seems very soft and doens't feel realistic at all. I clearly preferred the Krome keyboard in 88 version.
Actually I have a Fantom 88, and i wonder if I keep it and maybe buy a krome 61, or sell it to buy a krome 88

I spent an hour with the Krome 88 in London before buying it, trying to decide on the best keyboard (vs 76).
Eventually decided on the 88 note version. Surprisingly good - no evidence of the Kronos 88 key issues. Well weighted, but not too much - easy to play repeated highly staccato notes (which is what I was worried about).
Hope that's of use - but as with all these things, it's a personal choice - but I prefer the Krome 88 note keyboard to the Nord Stage 2 88 note keyboard (I have both now).
Cheers,
Rob.

Go buy it, I love my 88
I own yamaha, casio and kawai degital piano cause I run a music school. Korg krome88 plays and sound better. This is coming for a classically trained piano teacher.
