Korg M50 Screen Contrast Problem

Hi

I have a Korg M50 which now has an almost white screen. This happened a while ago and a factory reset (enter + 0) appeared to fix the problem but now it doesn't. Turning the contrast dial doesn't do anything.

Has anyone experienced this and knows what the problem is.
