Audio problem!

I turned on my sampler only to hear about 90% of audio on the right side. I tried different headphones and audio jacks but no success. In addition I also checked the panning on each sample and they are all centered. Any ideas? Thanks

I have exactly the same problem with mine! I also tried many headphones and adaptors to no success. I finally had to take mine to get repaired.
