I have always been a huge Keith Emerson fan, followed ELP from the 1970's and actually met Keith backstage. I have always liked "Tarkus", this sold me on synthesizers way back, I bought a B-3 and Leslie 122 + other synths in my fruitless attempt to replicate ELP songs. As it turns out, I never had the talent but even still at 56, enjoy the music. I came across this young lady on Youtube, she is simply amazing and I understand that she is seeing impaired. What a talent. GNB

Anyone know how Keith Emerson gets those Yamaha GX1 and other classic sounds of his current Korg synths? I also see that he uses other keyboards (forgot the names but I think General Music's one). Anyone have an idea how he does this and / or if there are downloads available of his classic synth sounds?
Cheers!

can that edgy B3 percussion sound be found on my M3 or reasonably close. Hope someone can give me some tips on replicating that very unique ELP organ sound. Thanks ! GNB
