Radias Voice "White Panel"

Hi all, I really like the Radias lead voice called "White Panel". Can anyone tell me what the name "White Panel" refers to? I figure it must be in reference to some well known 70's analog synthesizer, but the only keyboard I can think of that's white was a mellotron :lol:
