Problem with Micro Arranger Output

Hii, guys..
Here I want to share my problem to you about my Micro arranger keyboard.
well, my MA output has no sound. I just hear noise if I connect a jack to it. BUt, inthiscase, the Phone channel still can operate normally.
Can anyone tell me what just happen to my keyboard?
This is a new keyboard in my country, so there is no expert on it yet in my place.

If you don't hear the sound from the speakers you probably have the speakers turned off. This is a global setting on page 2.
