Hi,
I have a Trinity Rack and love the pads and motion synths. Is there a big difference between the Trinity and the Wavestation A/D or Wavestation Sr to warrant a purchase?
Thanks Frank

In a word: Yes!
I have a Trinity V3 and a Wavestation SR. The Trinity excels at the shimmering pads/motion synths due in part to the higher sample frequency rate (48khz). The Wavestation has a lower rate but has the advantage of vector synthesis which can animate, sequence and crossfade samples in ways that Trinity cannot. Check out some YouTube videos and you'll have a good idea of WS' capabilities.
Different beasts, I love 'em both
SR is a pain to edit but contains loads of great patches, I use Northern Lights as a pad beneath Pianoteq 4.5 when I just wanna chill, it's sooooooo sweet
